Klubber FAQ’s

You must set up a profile to be able to purchase tickets or services available on Klubstop.

“Klubber” is a made-up term made up by Klubstop ltd to refer to the customers who purchase tickets or request services from our website.

Split the cost of drinks across a group of friends, or just don’t want to worry about paying for drinks at the club. You can purchase bottles or drinks packages ahead of your night. You will be sent a digital service token which can be displayed on your phone and provided to the club to collect your drinks.

All tickets, services tokens, tables bookings or room hire you have paid for will be displayed in your Klubber login area.

You do not have to print the tickets as they are displayed in your login area, the tickets can be shown to the venue on your phone. Alternatively, you can print still print the ticket if you prefer to.

Tickets and service tokens should display in your login area immediately after making your purchase however, please allow up to 20 minutes for these to appear. If they do not appear after this time, please email Customer Service Team directly on: info@klubstop.com or request a call back on our contact us page.

It is your responsibility to comply with the nightclub or bars entry policy including dress code, age restrictions and arriving before last entry times. If you have purchase ticket protection and were refused entry at no fault of your own, you must email info@klubstop.com by 3pm the following day to request a refund. You will need to provide a full explanation of the situation that occurred. It would also help if you are able to advise precise times and names of staff members you dealt with.

In the unlikely event that you are not provided with your items after showing the staff member allocated your service token, you must email info@klubstop.com by 3pm the following day for the matter to be investigated. To help with the investigation, if possible please ensure that you take down the name of the person who refused your token and the time the incident occurred.

Refund policy: All ticket sales and advance door entry tickets are final and are non-refundable unless the venue is closed or the event is cancelled. If you have purchased ticket protection, there are exceptions where you may be eligible for a refund. Please click here for more information.

Unfortunately, names on tickets cannot be changed.

Tickets are non-resalable. Tickets will have the name of the person who has ordered the ticket the ticket can only be used by this person.

To update your package, you will need to login to your profile area, and click on package subscription. Choose the package that you would like to upgrade to.

We are sorry to hear that you may not be renewing your subscription with Klubstop, we hope that our services and support has been of most use to you. If you are coming up to the end of your subscription and wish to cancel, please email support@klubstop.com where a member of the team can assist you with this. Subscription cancellation must be requested via email 30 days in advance of your final payment, otherwise your subscription will be cancelled at the next following month.
